Paceweb UK Competition Terms & Conditions (Last updated: 1st August 2025)

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Paceweb UK, MB25336, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 9JY

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.

Employees of Paceweb UK, competition moderators, and the competition host are excluded from entry.

3. Competition Period

The competition runs from 13th August 2025 (00:01 UK time) to 31st August 2025 (23:59 UK time). Entries received outside of this period were not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Entry is open to TikTok users who:

1. Follow Paceweb UK Live! (@paceweb.uk)
2. Joined the Paceweb UK Fan Club; and
3. Dropped a daily “heart me” on any Paceweb UK TikTok Live between 13th–31st August 2025.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per account per day was counted.

5. Winner Selection

At the end of the competition period, all valid entries are reviewed. The winner is selected from eligible participants that met the entry requirements. Paceweb UK’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize

The prize is a £250 Argos Gift Voucher (digital code). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.

7. Winner Notification

The winner is announced on a Paceweb UK TikTok Live within 7 days of the competition closing. The winner will be contacted via TikTok direct message. The winner needs to respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe would have resulted in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner could be selected.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agreed that their TikTok username could be announced on Paceweb UK social media. The winner may have been asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.

9. Liability

Paceweb UK accepted no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures, internet issues, or other factors beyond its control.

10. General

Entry into the competition constituted acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Paceweb UK reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary.

These Terms & Conditions were governed by English law, and disputes were subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
