Yes. Every session is protected by military-grade encryption. You are always in control—you must manually "Accept" the connection, you can see everything our technician is doing, and you can end the session at any time by closing the window.
No. The support tool is a "portable" application. It runs when you open it and stops completely when you close it. It does not leave any software running in the background.
If the internet drops or the session ends, the connection is immediately severed. To start a new session, you would have to provide a new code and click "Accept" again. We cannot access your computer without your explicit permission each time.
